黃金蝦 - 琴蝦姑 Lysiosquilloides mapia

東北角的海底，有一隻很像螳螂蝦的黃色琴蝦姑 Lysiosquilloides mapia，有人稱他是黃金蝦。他自己一隻已經在那裏待了三年，渡過幾個寒冬與颱風。希望他能再過好幾個三年，並且找個好伴。

Lysiosquilloides mapia 是2003年北蘇拉威西發現的新物種，可參考 http://lkcnhm.nus.edu.sg/rbz/biblio/51/51rbz043-047.pdf , 其他相關的敘述極為稀少。

[槍蝦與蝦虎的共生] 威氏鈍塘鱧 Amblyeleotris wheeleri 與共生的槍蝦 Alpheus ochrostriata

槍蝦(Pistol Shrimp 或 Snapping Shrimp)負責挖洞，威氏鈍塘鱧負責警戒。槍蝦的視力很差，藉由槍蝦會搭在共生的威氏鈍塘鱧的長鬚來感覺外界是否有危險。所以如果魚有什麼動靜，蝦虎可立即躲到洞內。

Noumea romeri 這個多彩科的海蛞蝓具有粉紅色的身體, 白色嗅角上半部與裸鰓上端呈橘色，外套膜具有白色滾邊。
